The Academic Calendar for all 46 public colleges of education has been officially released. The calendar contains the reopening date for all levels (100, 200 & 300) and all the various activities that will be carried out during their time on campus.
According to the released calendar;
1. The calendar for the FIRST SEMESTER will cover 14 -WEEKS for ALL LEVELS from January 8, 2022 to June 10, 2022.
2. The calendar for the SECOND SEMESTER will cover 14 -WEEKS for ALL LEVELS from May 29, 2022 to December 23, 2022.
3. First Semester Reopening Schedule
A. Level 100 and 300 students will report on January 8, 2022.
B. Level 200 Students will report on February 20, 2022.
4 Second Semester Reopening Schedule
A. Level 100 Students will report on May 29, 2022.
B. Level 200 Students will report on June 24, 2022
C. Level 300 Students will report on September 4, 2022
D. Level 400 Students will report on June 12, 2022.
5. For the increased Contact Hours , PRINCOF agrees to Double the contact Hours for teaching and learning during the 14-WEEKS with the view of covering the entire syllabus. It has also been agreed by PRINCOF that, morning, afternoon and evening class session will be well organised to meet the needs.
NOTE: The Admissions Roadmap and Timelines Projections to be determined by PRINCOF in consultation with GTEC and MoE after the approval of the academic calendar.
