According to the affected educators, the prolonged delay in salary disbursement has severely impacted their livelihoods, creating serious financial strain and diminishing morale. They claim that systemic inefficiencies in the payroll and validation processes are largely to blame for the situation.

In a formal petition, the teachers pointed out several discrepancies in how their employment records are being processed, which they say has led to confusion and uncertainty.

Adomako Korankye, the spokesperson for the 2022 batch of recruited teachers, explained that the delay has left many of his colleagues distressed and unsure about their job security and financial standing.

He further emphasized that the lack of resolution has exacerbated their financial burdens, urging authorities to take immediate action to rectify the situation and ensure that teachers are fairly compensated for their work.
