A relief information gathered by Honestynewgh.com from a reliable source reveals that 2021 GES Recruitment portal for both teaching and non-teaching staff is hopefully to be opened before the end of the month November.
In a short interview with Mr. Nyanu Emmanuel, an official of the Ghana Education Service and other persons in the same Service, he revealed to Honestynewgh.com that the just ended 2022 budget reading that did not mention anything concerning GES recruitment of staff ( Newly Trained Teachers) will have no influence in this year’s recruitment.
“Currently, recruitment of GES staffs who have returned from study leave with pay and that of Degree and Diploma Nurses is ongoing. This is an indication that newly trained teachers will not be left out. The portal is hopefully to be opened for all qualified persons to apply before the end of November,” he stated.
The 2022 budget reading saw an amount of over Ghc 400m allocated for Teachers and Nursing Trainees Allowances. Of this amount, teacher trainee allowances (Ghc169.9 million) for the period represent 42.4 percent while nursing trainee allowances (Ghc 231.2million) for the period represent 57.6 percent of the total projected allocation of Ghc 40l.1 million.
