Level 400 students of the University of Education Winneba, has on today 24th September, 2022 demonstrated over the management failure to update their cumulative records for the past three years.

According to the aggrieved students, this action by the school authority is a deliberate act and it has since not been talked about by students for many years now.

Going forward the students among many accusations are blaming the data protection unit of the school for failing to update the records on their portals making the various portals of the students empty.

The University is expected to hold its graduation ceremony for the final year students in three weeks time, hence students are not able to track their academic performance as a result of the school refusing to update the portal.

The GPA, or Grade Point Average, is a number that indicates how high you scored in your courses on average. Using a scale from 1.0 to 4.0, your GPA tracks your progress during your studies. This number is used to assess whether you meet the standards and expectations set by the degree programme or university.

Your average GPA will change and vary throughout the years, but having in mind what your GPA is every semester will give you a good indication of how well you are doing in your courses overall (and, perhaps, whether you need to improve).
