2021 GES Recruitment: ‘There are BACKLOGS every year’. All trained teachers must take note of these important things during the online application- “Don’t become a victim”

The management of Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially opened the GES recruitment portal for all qualified interested trained teachers who completed colleges of education in 2020  to apply for this year’s 2021 GES recruitment.

NOTE: GES 2021 recruitment of teachers online application has taken a different dimension as compared to previous years.

During the online Registration, the following will be required

1. Bio Data -( Full Name, Date of Birth, Phone Number, E-mail Address and Residential Address)

2. College Index Number

2. SSNIT Biometric Number

3.Index Number

4.NTC Number

5.NSS Number

NOTE: All qualified trained teachers who are yet to apply are to note that every year there are persons who apply but get denied  for one or two  awkward reasons. Such persons are called BACKLOGS. 

Again getting the opportunity on the recruitment portal again as a backlog is never a smooth thing and that is why there are still qualified trained teachers at home who completed 2018 and 2019 but never got their postings.

Henceforth All Qualified Persons Who are Yet To Apply Are To Take a Critical look At All The Important Things Stated Below  During The Online Application To Avoid Future Complications  

✍️ Persons who will be eligible for this year’s GES postings will be posted to places where their services will be needed even  though applicants are given three preferred choices of Region of Posting (First, Second and
Third choice).

✍️ Applicants can use their phones to apply but can also visit a Cafe to do it.

✍️ NO CERTIFICATES OR DOCUMENTS will be Scanned and Uploaded in this year’s online application EXCEPT a PASSPORT PICTURE.

✍️ All Double Registration will lead to disqualification. Incase of any error after confirmation of the application, applicants are to use the application CODE to login and affect the change.

✍️. After successful application and Confirmation, applicants are advised to make a printout of their confirmed  application containing a CODE and all application details.

Below are the needed documents that will be required after the Postings are Released Probably in December or January.

1. BECE Certificate
2. WASSCE Certificate
3. COLLEGE Certificate
4. NTC Certificate
5. NSS Certificate
6. Birth Certificate
7. Personal Record Form at Regional

8. Bank Details

9.  Medical Report _( go to any government Hospital to acquire one when the time is due)

10. Letters _(Appointment letter, Acceptance letter, Assumption of Duty letter etc. will be printed and forwarded to the regional and the district offices.

before 31st December, 2021.
