1. Be unable to afford to study the programme without the scholarship.

2. Hold a first degree of not less than second class upper.

3. Reside permanently in a developing Commonwealth country.

4. Be a citizen of or have been granted refugee status by legit Commonwealth country.

General Conditions of Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarships 2024

1. CSC will not be able to give out scholarships to candidates if it would go against the terms and conditions of another Scholarship that they have previously held.

2. Scholars with be expected to abide by the Commission’s code of conduct for Award Holders and Disciplinary Policy and Procedure.

3. Scholars are not eligible to apply for a Commonwealth scholarship if they are an employee or a former employee, or a relative of an employee of government of the United Kingdom.

1. In the application form, candidates will be asked to:

The fourth part should outline how the impact of the candidate’s work could be best measured. It should:

Confirm what the candidate’s award objectives are and how each of them will be met by the Scholarship programme
