The Nursing and Midwifery Council presents its compliments and wishes to inform all Trainees, Deans, Heads of Department and Principals offering Nursing and Midwifery programmes that the registration of the Online Licensing Examination will commence from 24th April,  2033.

ALL DEANS, HEADS OF DEPARTMENT AND PRINCIPALS OFFERING NURSING & MIDWIFERY PROGRAMMES

ENTRY AND SCHEDULE FOR AUXILIARY & BASIC ONLINE (MCQS & PRACTICAL) LICENSING EXAMINATIONS

1. AUXILIARY (NAC AND NAP)

2. BASICS (RPHN, RMN, RCMN, PN, RM, RGN AND PNNM)

The Nursing and Midwifery Council presents its compliments to you and wish to inform you that registration of candidates for the above Online Licensing Examinations would be opened effective Monday, April 24, 2023 to Friday, June 2, 2023

Heads of Nursing and Midwifery Training Institutions are encouraged to complete the three (3) Excel Templates and a Certificate of Training in “Word Document” where applicable and submit same in whole or non to [email protected] and copy [email protected] and [email protected]
before the deadline which falls on Friday, June 2, 2023.

Entry data should be arranged in ascending order according to candidates’ index numbers.

3. The Preferred Centre for both Practical and MCQS should be indicated on the column provided on the attached Excel sheet as well as the contact details of programme coordinator/Academic officer.

4. Heads of Nursing and Midwifery Training Institutions are respectfully requested to pay the total amount of Examination Entry Fees of their candidates at either ADB or GCB Bank depending on the location of their schools as described in the example below:

a. A customized N&MC receipt will be issued to you from the bank.

b. Please scan and forward the customized N&MC receipt as evidence of payment to the Council via the following email addresses [email protected] and copy [email protected]

c. Upon receipt of the customized N&MC receipt as evidence of payment, the Council will issue a scanned General Counterfoil Receipt (GCR) to you via your email address within 72 hours.

d. The original GCR can be picked from the Finance Department at the Council’s Head Office later.

Documents submitted later than the stipulated date will attract the corresponding penalty charges.

All candidates are required to pay in addition to the Examination Fees, an amount of GHC 10.00 for online checking of examination results.
